Living social responsibility – helping together where help is needed.

This year, as a company, we have once again consciously embraced our social responsibility. It is particularly important to us to support disadvantaged people – those facing severe hardship, affected by illness, disasters, or difficult life circumstances, as well as projects focused on child protection.

For this reason, we have consciously chosen to support the following organizations this year in order to promote their valuable projects and initiatives.

Hits for the Hospice Association – Making heartfelt wishes come true

The organization Hits fürs Hospiz e. V. is involved in, among other things:

• inpatient hospices

• Children's hospices

• outpatient hospice services

• Day hospices

• Grief counseling

• as well as the fulfillment of heartfelt wishes

It is especially heartfelt wishes that touch us most deeply. Under the motto

"I would so love to..." , small but often very meaningful wishes are fulfilled.

These include, for example:

• to go out for a morning drink with friends again

• dancing and partying in the disco

• experience a hot air balloon ride

• to attend a concert of your favorite band while in a wheelchair

• Enjoy your favorite meal before saying goodbye

• to receive a visit from a horse

But also very moving wishes such as:

"I would so love to witness my daughter's wedding."

Every effort is made to make these wishes come true – where possible – and to give people precious moments.

The Rotary Foundation – Aid worldwide

The Rotary Foundation supports social projects around the world. These include, among others:

• Reconstruction aid after earthquakes and natural disasters

• the construction of classrooms and educational facilities

• Support for pregnant mothers to ensure safe medical care

These global projects make an important contribution to improving living conditions and future prospects.

Taking responsibility together

Our social commitment as a family and company towards disadvantaged people fills us with pride each time we look back on what we can achieve together. It also means looking beyond our own horizons and recognizing that there are many people in this world whose challenges extend far beyond getting up early or commuting to work.

There are people who, often through no fault of their own, find themselves in dire health, financial, or existential crises – from which not all fully recover. This makes it all the more important to help, even if one can "only" make their final days or moments a little more pleasant.

Our wish for 2026

With this in mind, we wish all our employees, colleagues, customers, friends and families a happy start to 2026. Stay healthy – and always remember that we must also think of others.
