The TRUMPF TruLaser 7040

We rely on modern manufacturing technology – for precision, efficiency and the highest quality. With the new TruLaser 7040 laser cutting system, we are expanding our machinery with a true high-performance module that takes both our in-house production and contract manufacturing to a new level.

Maximum precision for every application

The system has a generous working area of 4000 x 2500 mm and operates with an accuracy of up to ±0.01 mm . This allows for the production of both delicate components and large-format cutouts in consistently high quality.

Powerful and efficient

Equipped with two parallel laser heads , each with 4000 watts of power , the TruLaser 7040 enables extremely fast processing times – without compromising on cutting quality.

Overview of cutting thicknesses

• Steel: up to 20 mm

• Stainless steel: up to 15 mm

Thanks to state-of-the-art software, we can directly process a wide variety of file formats and optimally prepare them for the cutting process.
